Refund Policy

At E Care Classes, we strive to provide quality educational services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Refund Eligibility

  • Students who do not attend any class after successful registration are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount.
  • If a student attends a minimum of two (2) classes, the payment will be considered utilized and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must:

  • Submit a refund request via email or official contact number
  • Provide payment details and registration information
  • Request within 7 days of registration (recommended for smooth processing)

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or a suitable alternative decided by E Care Classes

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Student attended two or more classes
  • Failure to attend classes due to personal reasons
  • Change of mind after attending classes
  • Violation of platform rules or misconduct

5. Class Cancellation by E Care Classes

If E Care Classes cancels a course or fails to provide the service, students will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the number of classes conducted.


6. Policy Updates

E Care Classes reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
