- Students who do not attend any class after successful registration are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount.
- If a student attends a minimum of two (2) classes, the payment will be considered utilized and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, students must:

- Provide payment details and registration information
- Request within 7 days of registration (recommended for smooth processing)
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7ā10 working days
- Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or a suitable alternative decided by E Care Classes
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Student attended two or more classes
- Failure to attend classes due to personal reasons
- Change of mind after attending classes
- Violation of platform rules or misconduct
5. Class Cancellation by E Care Classes
If E Care Classes cancels a course or fails to provide the service, students will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the number of classes conducted.
6. Policy Updates
E Care Classes reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
